The terms of use.
Plain-language terms for using Still Me. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Last updated 24 September 2026. This is a pre-launch draft and will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
1. Who we are
Still Me (“Still Me”, “we”, “us”) provides a daily coaching app for the years around menopause. In these terms, “you” means the person using the app. The operating legal entity and registered address will be stated here before launch. You can reach us at michael@stillme.eu.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Still Me. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for their use of it.
3. What Still Me is — and is not
Still Me is a coaching tool: it asks, reflects, and helps you think, prepare and feel understood. It offers conversation, guided sessions and readings grounded in named sources.
Still Me is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. It is not therapy, and it is not an emergency service. See the Medical disclaimer. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of what you provide. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Still Me is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. On the monthly plan the first month costs $19 and each month after that $29; the yearly plan is $290 a year. There is no free trial.
- The current price and billing period are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Payment is handled by our payment processor; by subscribing you also accept their terms.
- We may change prices; we will give notice before a change affects you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings in one tap. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again after that. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply to you are not affected by this section.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell or share your access, or use the app to build a competing product;
- rely on the app for emergencies or as a source of medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Your content
What you tell the coach — your messages and the people, moments and notes you save — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to reply to you and to carry your history forward). We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell them. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy page. You can export or delete your content at any time — see Delete my data.
9. Our intellectual property
The app, its design, and its written content (including the readings and guides) are owned by Still Me or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own support. You may not copy or redistribute our content except as the app allows.
10. Third-party services
Still Me relies on third parties to operate — for hosting, the model that powers replies, payments and email. Their handling of data is governed by the Privacy page. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience and are not our responsibility.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including any warranty that it is accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular medical purpose. Coaching content is general information, not personal advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Termination
You can stop using Still Me and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other people. On termination, the licences above end and your data is handled as described in the Privacy page.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you other rights or forums.
