A coach for the years around menopause.
Still Me is a daily coach you talk to — one who remembers everything you tell her, and meets you where you are, at the hour you are actually awake.
Why we built it
Too many women reach perimenopause and are told it is probably stress. The changes are real, they are documented, and they are strangely lonely — most people go through them explaining themselves from scratch to every new person. We wanted the opposite of that: somewhere you say a thing once, and it is held.
What it is, and is not
It is a coach: it asks, reflects, and helps you decide. It is not a tracker — no charts, no scores, no counters. It is not therapy, and it will tell you when something is bigger than it. It is not medical advice, and it never diagnoses or prescribes. When a question belongs with a doctor, it helps you write it down for one.
Built on real work
Every reading and session is grounded in named, checkable sources — the work of Jen Gunter, Lisa Mosconi, Mary Claire Haver, Emily Nagoski, Matthew Walker, the SWAN study and The Menopause Society among them — not invented studies or vague reassurance.
Private by default
Your conversations are yours. They are not shared with anyone and are never used to train AI. You can export everything or delete every conversation, note and person from inside the app.
