Still Me is a coach, not a doctor.
It is here to help you think, prepare and feel understood — not to diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
General information only
Everything in Still Me — conversations, readings, sessions and these pages — is general information and coaching, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice from a qualified clinician, because of something the app said.
No diagnosis or prescription
The coach does not diagnose conditions or recommend specific medications or doses. When a question belongs with a clinician, it will say so and help you write the question down to bring to one.
Grounded, but not a medical authority
Our content is grounded in named books and peer-reviewed sources. That informs the coaching; it does not make Still Me a medical provider, and no clinician-client relationship is created by using it.
In an emergency
If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency service or a crisis line right away. Still Me is not an emergency service and cannot respond to emergencies.
This disclaimer will be reviewed with counsel before public launch.
